If you’ve only experienced traditional ‘open’ First Aid training courses before, or you’re worried that on-site training might not be right for your workplace, please see the information below. The following dispels some common myths about on-site and in-house training.

Extra administration burden

Onsite First Aid Training Company will take care of your administration headache, all you need to make sure you have suitable training room. The trainer will bring all equipment and training materials required to complete the course. We don’t need the names of attendees until the day of training allowing you to schedule course attendees to suit the business.

Not up to speed or in-line with current legislation

You can be assured that all Ofqual Regulated courses are always delivered to the most current syllabus and guidelines. Learners will not pass the course by simply turning up and attending. The trainer will continually assess the learners, with most courses containing a multiple choice examination at the end to prove compliance with the qualifications guidelines.

Pressure on delegates

Our customers typically find that their delegates feel more comfortable and at ease when training in their own workplace with colleagues. Our trainers are experts at adapting their training style to suit the learning needs of your delegates.

Delegates not taking the training as seriously

Quite the opposite, in fact, In-house training benefits include better attendance, improved engagement and an improved learner experience. Delegates feel comfortable and confident to use their new life saving skills in the workplace.

No classroom on site

Don’t worry, all we require is a room or area large enough to comfortable seat your group size. A typical meeting/boardroom is big enough. Courses can take place in any area that is clean, quiet and comfortable for your learners. The trainer will bring everything else needed to run the course.
